How much Amazon revenue goes unreimbursed?
Amazon fails to reimburse sellers for up to 4% of revenue. The gap comes from refunds issued where the item was never returned, lost or damaged inventory that was never credited, and refund fraud where tracking shows delivery but the customer claims non-receipt. All three are claimable.
How long do I have to file an Amazon reimbursement claim?
Claim windows vary by case type and Amazon has shortened several of them in recent years. This is why manual recovery underperforms: by the time a discrepancy shows up in a monthly reconciliation, the window has often closed. Shipherd monitors continuously and files inside the window.
Is connecting via SP-API safe?
Yes. Shipherd requests read-only access through Amazon's official Selling Partner API. It cannot change listings, pricing or inventory, and access can be revoked from your Seller Central account at any time.
Do I need to switch away from my current tools?

What does Amazon reimbursement recovery cost?
The audit is free and there is no cost to start. Recovery is charged on a no-recovery-no-fee basis, so you pay a share of what is actually returned and nothing if no money comes back.
How quickly will I see money back?
The leakage report arrives within hours of connecting. Claims are filed immediately after review, and reimbursement timing then depends on Amazon's own processing, typically a few weeks per claim.
